All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

We also offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders, as displayed at checkout.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love every piece you order. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to make the process simple.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
With all original tags attached
Returned in their original packaging where possible

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.
